My vaio operating system is Windows Vista Home premium. Every time I connect the Cam, a window box appears asking for the USB drive software, although I used it before my last system re-instalation without any problems. I serached on the JVC website and I cannot find any USB drive software for the Cam, so I thought the problem is with the computer or the operating sytem.
