      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you press &lt;CTRL&gt; &lt;ALT&gt; &lt;DEL&gt; and click on the Processes tab it might tell you if there's something running on your computer to make it constantly run at 60%. Ignore the System Idle Process as that percentage is what &lt;I&gt;isn't&lt;/I&gt; being used. To make it easier to work out, click on where it says CPU twice - that way the processes that are hogging your CPU will appear at the top.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DEL&gt;&lt;/ALT&gt;&lt;/CTRL&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the replys, I have a Vain AR21M running windows xp...I have downloaded that program and it says the cpu teps are .....63 oc .....I have just looked in the task manager at the processes running and its gone up changing from between 80 - 100%  system idel process is using 50% and explorer is using 40%&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It might help narrowing down the cause...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The download link is near the bottom of the page. Run it and see if there is a sub-process (don't know if that's the technical term) under explorer.exe that's hogging the CPU.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
