How to change a language?

Hello to all.
In my VIAO when a push some of the function buttons like volume it writes in strange language. How do I change it to English?

Model.
Operating system (is this the pre-installed version).
Have you updated any of the Sony Utilities?
Which function buttons are causing this?

model : vgn - fe41zr
I have Vista Home Premium installed. I did all the updates that was on web...
The buttons I am talking about is 5 buttons upper the keybord. first button is mute, then 2 next buttons for volume and 2 more optional buttons.

So the problem is when I push one of the volume button insteade of "volume" it writes "volumen"....
How to change it to english?

Isn't the FE41ZR a Russian model..

What was the original language of the pre-installed Vista OS ..?

Thalamus is correct this is a Russian model.

You could try downloading the pre-installed utilities for the European version of the FE-41Z,but whether these utilities will install on your model is questionable.
