Examples of this are if I click on a shortcut it asks if I would like to move that item to the trash or if I'm in a office document the text starts to delete without my having pressed the delete button or when in Outlook my emails are deleted into my trash again without having requested it.<BR /><BR />I have taken my laptop to PC world 3 times which typically when they get it the problem disappears. They reformatted my laptop twice which I would have ordinarily expected to have solved the problem and then on the third occassions kept the laptop for 3 days and the issue still failed to appear.
