VAIO update

Hi,My VAIO is new and when I click on the button to VAIO update all I get is a page that says:

VAIO Update failed to initialise for one or more of the following reasons:
You are not using Internet Explorer.
ActiveX have been disabled or the VAIO Update ActiveX is not installed on your computer.
You didn't start VAIO Update using the icon in the system tray or via Start -> All Programs -> VAIO Update -> Go to VAIO Web Support.
You tried to install VAIO Update on a computer that does not support it.

Any help most welcome.

All the updates that VAIO Update 3 installs automatically you can download and install them from here .
