For the bluetooth device you can install the microsoft bluetooth stack.

Go to device manager (Right-click on my computer and find the tab with the device manager button on it)

Right-click on the devices that aren't installed and click update driver.

Click on automatically find the drivers (make sure you are connected to the internet before hand) and hopefully microsoft will install the bluetooth stack and will find a driver for the bluetooth.

Alternitively for the bluetooth instead of running the setup file right-click on the device in device manager and click update driver. On the next screen click the second option (browse) and click on let me find the driver. Then have disk. Browse to the (Extract the bluetooth driver from a driver pack, try the FE41 pack as the bluetooth is likely to be the same, to C:\Drivers). Select the inf file in the bluetooth folder and let it install. This should hopefully work.
