till now has my FE11S 1GB Memory (2x512) RAM.
I would expand this to 2GB.
Is it possible?

What memory should I take, please?

Yes, you can upgrade to 2Gb RAM, but you will need to buy 2 x 1Gb modules as you only have the 2 slots.

But, there is not my Vaio VAIO FE11S
Only VAIO FE11H.

Is this the same ?

Yes it is.

At the bottom is the RAM you can buy. You want the 2X1GB. Its quite cheap at the present time so it is perfect for an upgrade.
