problems with accessing web site

I haven't been on this website for a long time, but have found that Icannot access this site from my Vaio PCG-K315z laptop at home since the new upgrade. Can someone please help. I am using Zone Alarm suite, could this be the problem? The page does not load properly, therefore making it impossible for me to read anything.

Please accept my apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place.

Hi Rachael,

You could try temporarily disabling it and reloading the page.

Hi Rachael,

When the upgrade was carried out, the server changed. You may have to change the path of your 'Allowed Sites' in Internet Explorer.

Server was - http://www.club-vaio.sony-europe.com
Server Now - http://club.vaio.sony.co.uk

Not sure what you mean by changing the path of my "Allow Sites" in internet Explorer, but will have a look when I get home. Thanks for your help.

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites icon > Sites button and see what you have there.

I tried temporarily disabling Zone Alarm and the forum page loaded up properly. Then I re-enable Sone Alarm and everyting is ok now.
