My sony came installed with Vista and its been one problem after another. I have had to take it back to factory settings twice now to sort out some problems. I have seriously considered converting it to Xp but have read there are many problems doing this, plus im not very clued up on computers and dont think I would be capable of doing this.<BR />Anyway the problems i have at the moment are : Wifi keeps disconnecting, Im using bt home hub, I have seen the post about this so im going to try that now<BR />My main problem has been with Internet Explorer. I had re-formatt 2 weeks ago because internet explorer would not show any graphics. I tried all different things to get it to work but no luck. But now Internet Explorer keeps closing on me. Says its encountered a problem, searches for a remedy and then closes. If i try to close the browser, it wont, it just freezes or this message comes up. <BR />I also cannot get any restore points.<BR />I have nothing added to the laptop, its still just running with what it came with.
