      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably VBR MP3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You want to "demux" the video, in other words, make a WAV file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;VirtualDub does this.&lt;BR /&gt;Go to file, open and open the file in question.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If a warning shows up about delay, ignore it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to file &amp;gt; Save WAV&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then import the wav into the soundtrack.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
