Wrting to bd re discs

further to recent post i have received new discs Can someone tell me step by step how to use these discs i have reset Vaio AR31S to factory settings and have installed required updates when inserting new disc in prog Ulead BD recorder it will not format disc asking for new disc i do not want to insert anymore for fear of corrupting them TIA

You cannot burn data discs using Ulead Discrecorder - it is designed to burn the new BDAV video format only.

You need to use Roxio as Jumpy suggested in your other thread and you burn data BDs in exactly the same way as you burn a data DVD. Drag and drop is not an option you must burn the whole project at once.

You could also buy Nero BD or use Ashampoo Burning Studio 6.5 which is free on the PC Pro Cover DVD for August.

Blencogo just simply data archives using blu ray disc as a 25gb store i have tried all i can think of roxio emc v9 nero premium with bd support v7 10 01 each wont format or erase after writing once

i appreciate you can only media in Uleads BDR but you can format a disc this is why i tried this
