Anyone else received their Windows 7 upgrade from Sony??

I went through the registration and payment for the Windows 7 upgrade, then I received a confirmation Email with my Order number. The email stated that it would take up to 3 weeks for delivery, but it has been more than this and no Windows 7 has come through my letterbox. I have had no Email stating dispatch either, so I'm puzzled to what is going on. I am one unhappy Sony customer at the moment.

Anyone else having problems??

I received mine after 3 weeks as well, with no dispatch email confirmation.
You can check your credit card statement, most probably charge date is dispatch date.
Mine arrived in Greece 3days after CC charged.

I am also an unhappy Sony customer and I am regreting to buy such a product. Please note that product is going to be sent unregistered, so there a possibility to be lost.
However the upgrade is not very useful. You have 2 options: a. clean installation without software or b. Upgrade with all the mess of Vista. Good luck
