i wanted to just install driver and programs on the windows 7 without going back to vista .
now after i did restore recovery it format the c: drive and install vista .
now i run vista after the restore i need to go back to windows 7 , so i heard there's 2 option clean install and upgrade to windows 7 , i want to chose the one that i could have my driver and sony programs in windowes 7 , but as i wrote before there's a problem in recovery DVD but i still have the hidden Drive with recovey in it ...
thanks for following the post with me

If you have done a clean install (opposed to an upgrade), then there is no way you can re-install the drivers and other software from your recovery DVDs or from the disk. I bought the Windows 7 full version but after realising the problems I am going to have, I went and bought an upgrade version which kept all the drivers and other programs which came with the Vaio.

Robin
