    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Shaunph,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;welcome to Club VAIO.. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.si/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How did you erase &amp;amp; wipe your hard drive?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As long as the hidden HDD recovery partition has not been deleted you should be able to recover your Vaio back to the original installed OS and programs just as it was when you first used your Vaio.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To do this Start your Vaio and when you see the Vaio logo screen press F10 repeatedly this normally would start the recovery process..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Just to introduce myself and to see if anyone can help me out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I own a Vaio VGN-FW31E, and decided to wipe &amp;amp; erase my hard drive. &lt;BR /&gt;I made the necessary back up discs without a problem, however when I start up the recovery utility I get this error message on Disc 2 and can't go any further Error: 305:69&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas would be really appreciated as I'm now without my laptop.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
