      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a VGN-CR42Z/R vio laptop just out of waranty and have problems when opening the screen with lines horizontal and screen fading and mouse pointer not working, then if i fiddle obout with the screen I can get it into a position where it works Ok, problem Soney want over £200 just to look at it, anyone had this problem and resolved it, ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Peter,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It sounds like a bad contact somewhere between the motherboard and the LCD possibly within the hinge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately it will need someone to look inside for the problem.
