      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Recovery Utility is not downloadable and is only available as part of the Sony OEM software installation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can recover your Vaio back to its original setup in two ways: -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Place your Recovery System disc in the drive and reboot - the Vaio will boot from the Recovery Disc and load the Recovery Utility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. During boot tap F10 repeatedly when you see the first Vaio logo on screen - this will load the Recovery Utility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only a complete system recovery is possible - so choose that option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If neither of these work you will need to buy a set of recovery discs from Sony.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.si/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
