I have a Sony Vaio with embedded ALPS-UGPZ9-BCM2046 bluetooth, using the Sony supplied Widcomm 6.1.0.2000 software, that will not detect any new bluetooth devices. There are 2 old devices showing in the My Computer but not appearing under Bluetooth Devices and a couple of unknown bluetooth peripheral devices trying to install that (from there ID's) I take to be the services assigned to these old devices. How can I get rid of these or better still reinstall the Bluetooth back to factory setup? I have tried removing all bluetooth devices &amp; software and then rebooting &amp; reinstalling but everything comes back as was.
