Fz21m windows 7 upgrade-help needed please!

Sorry,im new to posting
i installed windows 7 home upgrade on my fz21m & everything works fine apart from Blu ray player,normal discs play fine but not BR,ive tried updating with vaio update but that doesnt work either!,so im stuck,ive tried updating on intervideo website but to no avail,has anybody else had these problems?,if so do you know a resolution to this?
Again sorry if ive put this thread in the wrong place,but give me a break im a newbie!

Did you upgrade to windows 7 or did you do a clean install.?

Do you have InterVideo winDVD BD still installed on your Vaio.?

i did a upgrade install rather than custom & still have intervideo bd dvd on my laptop

I'm trying to upgrade to 7 as well.

It says the drivers for the graphics card aren't compatible with 7, did you install new drivers or did you just upgrade it anyway?
