      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its me again the man with the crashing VP i have had enough and the only way i can see around it is if i format the thing completely as theres no point in having 20G's worth of stuff on it when i cannot even play it.&lt;BR /&gt;So how do i get rid of everything on the VP thats including the images updates the lot i want it as it came bran new with nothing on at all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is an option to format from the VP, but still you keep the firmware, if I'm not wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To have it just brand new, go to SS with the VP connected to the computer, and use the option Controls - Device/media - Initialize.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
