      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, Sony are notoriously poor at updating their drivers.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They don't make much of an effort to update drivers and their standard response to program problems that are caused by old drivers is that they don't support or provide any guarantee that any software that's not provided by them will work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes people are forced to used unofficial hacked drivers like the omega drivers just to get their programs to work properly.  Unfortunately, these drivers can cause problems with some of the Sony software/hardware and their use can theoretically even result in hardware damage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It would be better if Sony could manage to update their drivers more regularly though so people wouldn't be forced into using the unofficial ones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
