Try giving it a clean. Usually dust builds up as does fibre and muck. A vacuum cleaner might help when used at the vents with a narrow nozzle.
Good Luck

Hi, My RS322 had a vibration from the face plate, I had to take the case off and clip the panel on properly, when you are vacuuming it there are vents all around the front of the unit, this is where the cooling air is sucked in so it does get quite clogged after a while!

Hope you fix it

C

I dont know what stage you have reached so far... but, if you can access the fan, assuming you cant get a replacement, then - use a very small amount of dry (teflon) based lubricant. You will be surprised how many bearings will keep going with this stuff. Outlets include Halfords and outher good bicycle shops. Each time it starts to make a noise a quick squirt should sort it.
If you can replace the fan, so much the better.
