    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Sony Vaio PCV-RZ422P. Its reliable and quick and has never given me any problems (apart from the ones I have caused myself)so there is no reason to replace it. However, I tried to reinstall a couple of applications from the CD that came with the machine and found the CD to have a 'Checksum Error'. This CD contains XP-Pro, GigaPocket, Adobe Paintshop Pro etc and I can't use it at all. I need a replacement but can't find where I can obtain one. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi FrankWill,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you should be able to order a set of recovery disc/s for your Vaio via Sony Vaio support,to find contact details for Sony Vaio support..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Open Vaio support, either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:&lt;A href="http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/index.aspx?m=0&amp;amp;l=en_GB" target="_blank"&gt;Vaio support&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model, next to Select Model Category - Select your model from the drop down list, in your case PCV-RZ.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then next to Select Model - select PCV-RZ422P&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then click Log-In&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged select Get In Touch&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
