      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi gavinjgraham and welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried ‘Safely Remove Hardware’, before disconnecting the dongle?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should find an icon in the system tray that represents hardware plus a green disc with a white tick....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
