      <title>Getting Online with PCG-K315B</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have been trying for hrs now to connect.  Cant.&lt;BR /&gt;I Have put in a wanadoo installation CD so that it does all the hard work &lt;BR /&gt;Keep getting the error msg, 'Could Not Connect'&lt;BR /&gt;Really?&lt;BR /&gt;The modem in question is a CXT AC-Link Modem for ALi.&lt;BR /&gt;When i check the Diagnostics, query modem, it tells me that it is being run by another application.  &lt;BR /&gt;I checked task manager and no other apps are running.&lt;BR /&gt;Phone and Modem Options tells me that it is attached to Com 3 and that device is working properly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i check Device Manager, it is there under a modems but not under 'Ports (COM &amp;amp; LPT)' (the only thing there is is ECP printer port lpt1)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Someone help pls&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And Yes.........it is plugged in&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;:smileygrin: &lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks Kee-lo.&lt;BR /&gt;What happened was that when my comp restarted after uninstall,  the culprit programme took the huff and bombarded my desktop with warnings.  &lt;BR /&gt;My PDA and activesync no less.&lt;BR /&gt;instead of getting rid of it, i just shut it off in its options.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks once again&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
