I now find, for some reason, that the Hotkeys Fn with F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F10 and F12 do not work. Is this due to some newly installed software or some other reason? Can I download the hotkey software (version 4.2.0.7090) from the Sony web site? If so how? I thought a re-install might solve my problem. I have not been able to locate this software.
