dvdrw problem

My burner dw d56-A can read dvd but it can't read cd.
What can I do?
If you have a solution please help me

It sounds like one of the lasers in the drive has gone. If a careful clean of the lens doesn't solve the problem, get in touch with Vaio-Link Support.

It's funny because on the GRX the old avatar is there but on the RA104 it's the new one

I think the problem is, that the picture in your browser cache is not updated. May be, you must delete the cache.

I would contact Vaio-Link about this. It sounds like a hardware failure.

And what are Sony doing about this?
Maybe I need to write a nice little letter (not rude, but with URLs to posts with DVD problems) to complain about this and call the movie Typing for VAIO.
