I also have a new notebook running windows XP. The 2 units refuse to link via microsoft "active sync".<BR /><BR />I know all the USB ports are working and restoring my notebook + resetting the PDA have not helped. The PDA is able to sync with a computer at work<BR /><BR />The active sync window reads "connecting" but never forms a link. Are the 2 devices incompatible???
