FDR-AX33: Unwanted blureness in video?

Hello to the community.

I recently created a video which contains some night and day footages. I've been using the camera for two years and this is the first time that I noticed some blureness in the video. It never happened again and I can not find the reason. This apears randomly. I uploaded a sample below.

I recorded at 1080p, 50fps, 28Mbps, auto settings and used this Clear UV Filter to protect the camera from dust and scratces.

Have you any idea? Hope this is not a hardware issue.
