Previously had Play memories on Win 7 with lots of pictures and videos. Worked fine

Pictures and videos now copied to new Win10 64 bit PC and Play memories 6 (64 bit installed)

Play Memories can see all pictures OK but no videos despite all the video folders being shown.

Videos are in VOB, MTS & AVCHD formats and filmed between 2007 & 2016 on various Sony camcorders.

Is there something I am missing or do I need 32 bit version?

Any help appreciated

Unfortunately the suggestions do not solve the issue. The program installed
OK and can see all the photo folders and will view photos but whilst it van
see all the video folders and file names the files will not open.

I ask again, is it some incompatibility with Win10 or maybe I should be
using the 32 bit version perhaps.
