Why when you provide the relevant information for the cash back, do Sony say you haven’t provided the vat receipt. Now the receipt I provided was from Wilkinson’s store straight out the till, clearly displaying all the information Sony need. The only information not on there was my inside leg measurements.

Now can somebody explain the situation to me before I ditch Sony.

I didn't buy my camera from Wilkinson’s store but at Currys
