ARW file converter for A7R3

Can anyone recommend an ARW converter that preserves as much of the ARW file size as possible?

I use ADOBE DNG converter, but the output file size is approximately 40% - 50% of the original.

Also.....Does SONY still have the collaboration agreement with Capture One? According to some forums, the Express version is free to SONY users. Has anyone had experience of this? Any opinions? How to you show that you are indeed a SONY user in order to take advantage of this offer?
