I purchased an A6300 Camera on 9th May 2018. The cashback web site is responding with an error message saying I am not eligable for cashback.

I purchaed the camera between 2/5/2018 and 2/9/2018 as the rules state, and the purchae was from John Lewis, Manchester who told me I was elibable.

Whats going on?

Yeah same here. Bought the SEL1670Z on June 2nd. It qualifies for sure but the website is saying "..not eligible..."

What a mess.

Hi gregoman and DozedCon,

I took a look at the cashback campaign FAQs and it says that you're only eligible to make a claim after 30 days from the date of purchase (So June 9th for gregoman and July 2nd for DozedCod).

I purchased a RX 10 111 on 1st Seprember 2018 and have tried to claim the cashback but the website was down yesterday and again today. When is it going to be working?
