looking to get a remote control for a VAX-65 deck.

hi... I have a VAX-65 car player deck. I read the manual and apparently this model comes with a remote control, BUT only available for sales in India. Why is that? And can that remote control be purchased seperately? Anyone know?... please help?? my lazy husband really wants one.

I have done a little digging on your XAV-65 system (not VAX-65 ), however I would advise you contacting the Sony Sales team.

The remote control you will need is model : RM-X170

I have seen this available on the 4ourhouse website:

The manual states that the RM-X170 is an optional accessory (except for India, as its already included)
