Hi white_stig,

Try this.

Ensure the Home screen is displayed on your walkman..

Press the Back/Home key for 1.5seconds

Now whilst holding down the Home key press the following -

The walkman should now reboot into normal user mode.

are there any other options? i tried that couple of times but it just doesn't work!

P.S. could it have something to do wuth the player being a display model?!

it worked! But after holding the Home button down i had to turn hold on. Then i did 5 X left 5 X middle and 5 X right and hold off and it happened! Thanks. What you said was very usefull!
