Cannot make a call but can receive an incoming ca

I have a balance in my mobile but i cannot make a call. And i cannot also receive the credit that i loaded in my number. I cannot see any message either after i make a call. I am registered to my service provider , what seems to be the problem..i really need your help please... 😢

That happens to me too when my month's credit has gone and my month's days haven't.

The described behavior is normal for an 'empty' SIM card.

You can test that it is not your phone but the SIM by putting a friend's SIM in your phone and try.

If it is something in the settings of your phone, you can repair it by resetting mobile network settings.

Best is to tidy up everything.

Goto settings->tap on magnifying glass->type reset and find reset internet settings.

It will erase WiFi, bleutooth and mobile network settings.

Then goto wifi & internet -> mobile network and download your internet settings again.

Your network provider has a page on which everything is explained for your Xperia X phone.
