    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1155851"&gt;@DeanS&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's a main difference between Z5 and XZ2 which is the Android version, and that might cause compatibility issues with some apps that were fully compatible with Z5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's too early to talk in details, just test the safe mode first to see if it's a 3rd party app or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Call keeps going quiet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had the XZ2 a couple of weeks now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When im on a voice call every few minutes the call drops for a few seconds and then comes back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very annoying, and occurs on every call!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Restart your phone into &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and check if the same behaviour happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only have the same apps as I had on my Z5 Premium, and I need them all - ill try the safe mode, but if its an app conflict how do you ifentify that without trial and error? Which would be a nightmare adding one app at a time then making calls before adding another - and i need the apps i have for home security etc!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely it cant be that when the Z5 was fine?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi DeanS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had this problem as well multiple times, and have replied to the following thread&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/Xperia-XZ2/Xperia-xz2-on-vodafone-calls-cutting-off/m-p/1319573#M640" target="_blank"&gt;/t5/Xperia-XZ2/Xperia-xz2-on-vodafone-calls-cutting-off/m-p/1319573#M640&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this what your experiencing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen a response from Sony staff as yet and have messaged a Sony support staff member directly for an update and am waiting for a reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pre ordered the xz2 which had this issue so I had a replacement which was the same. I'm currently on my third xz2 as of Saturday, and so far so good but have only made a handful of calls so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating issue that Sony have not responded to as yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As your see in the thread I have linked I recommend a replacement. I have previously tried resetting the phone (xz premium) and repairing which did not resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ant&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just tried it in safe mode for a 30 minute conversation and still having the same problem so I don't think it's the apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like i might need to try a replacement phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
