I am struggling when typing on msgs unable to use icons :smileybomb:etc hashtag commas the at symbols 🔣 some 🔤 and numbers, back button keyboard is not working properly

Does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass?

Could you test the touchscreen?

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Hiya yes it's in a case and has glass protector on it, so did touch testand all others OK

Sorry close its self there but touch test failed and hearing one too all others where ok
