No network after factory data reset (Z3 dual)

Here's the problem - after completing factory reset the phone can not find any signal on both sim cards (different operators).

Before the reset both networks ware working properly.

What was done so far:

- factory reset three more times

- software update

- repair phone using Sony PC Companion

- checked with another sim card (another operator) - still no service

- trying to switch on/off airplane mode in every menu location available

- After trying to manually find service provider, phone goes to search mode and stays in it not finding any

In menu About phone - Status it can be seen:

Voice: Radio off - Data&colon; Radio off

Wifi works properly and connects without any problems.

After switching on the phone or switching off the airplane mode the phone seems to need more time than before (around 1 min) to find the SIM cards. After the sim card is found stays without network.

Any ideas ? I don't have any left..

Hi,

That sounds strange. Does the phone ask you to enter the PIN-code for the SIM-cards if you use one?

If you go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operators, does it find any networks?

Hi, thanks for the answer.

- phone doesn't ask for the PIN because it was switched off in security options before, but in Security - Set up SIM card lock, both sim cards are recognized and i can set up new PIN

- for the Service providers, phone goes to the search mode and stays searching all the time without finding anything.

Unfortunately, if you have tried all the things that you mention and the phone cannot find any networks, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your Local support for information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
