A purple icon 'headset and microphone' on the screen

There is a 'floating' icon on every screen, it looks had a **bleep**e headet and microphone lines. When I open it - something is written in Japanese and someone says something too. Someone said that's related to accessibility, if it's true - all the features are off from accessibility part? How do I get rid of this icon?

Boot on safe mode, do you encounter the same issue?

To enable or disable hearing aid compatibility

From your Home screen, tap app drawer.
Find and tap Settings > Call.
Drag the slider beside Hearing aids.
