    <description>My Z3 ear speaker(loud speaker is working) not working since yesterday. From formar post they suggested to go for PCC. What I should do with PCC...? Repair with PCC will solve the problem....? How I could find whether it's a hardware or a software issue....? Please help..., the phone is only 50 days old.&lt;BR /&gt;And also, one &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":ear:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":ear:"&gt;👂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; ear like notification is there in the notification bar with a small caps T along with it, weather it's anything related to ear speaker.</description>

      <description>There's nothing inside the jack. In diagnostics, when testing the ear speaker it's shows the loud speaker sound. Loud speaker and the headset working correctly, only ear speaker is not working......</description>
