my xperia dont turn on more ,i bought my xperia in paraguai , after six month that i bought the smatphone , he stoped and dont turn on more . I called to sonny mobile in brasil , updated the software , sent to repair in sonny and after one month, they told me that they havent mobile parts to repair my smartphone,

because my xperia was not manufactured in Brasil.

I would like to post my smatphone to U.S.A to repair my cell phone . i’m dissatisfied with sonny,because i always recomend sonny for my friends and family . i ’m dissatisfied with sonny

this message was sent today to sonny repair and sonny mobile dont asnwer my case.

I intend that this problem is resolve , unfortunately i ’m losing confidence with sonny

I'm sorry to hear that, but if you bought the phone here in the USA, the warranty it's only here in the USA, the same goes for other countries, You should contact your local Xperia Care or the Xperia Care of the country were you bought the phone from.

i bought my xperia z3 in paraguai ,unfortunately there aren't sony mobile in paraguay
sony mobile in brasil told me that the parts that is necessary to repair in my smartphone isn't available in brasil
what to do in this situation ? i bought a smartphone and i dont have a support to repair my xperia ?this is the service that sonny offers to your client?

i didnt buy in a sonny store

i have the invoice , but beat time warranty. sonny must to repair my smartphone .. my xperia in this one-year warranty

sonny say " I'd rather be hated for who I am" , this is a way that in your as the polls say worrying about your clients, is it worry it is true or false?

I understand that you are frustrated but you bought your phone from a different store, not Sony, and your local Xperia Care has answered your questions, again, this is a USER based forum and you are taking me out of context, not ok. Contact your local Xperia care once more.

Sorry,if the phone wasn't bought directly from sony,there is no other suggestion from me.
