Speaker issue

Please help me as I can only answer calls and make calls with my handfree if I put the phone to my ear I can't hear anything and the person who is on the other end can't hear me so just to hear them I press the audio output button but as you well understand I don't want other people to listen to my conversation I've tried updating the phone I've switched it off then back on so please help as it's never done this before

Done that it failed the speakers and voice bit

It's seems to be a hardware issue Try to Contact Sony Xperia Support.
