      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help me as I can only answer calls and make calls with my handfree if I put the phone to my ear I can't hear anything and the person who is on the other end can't hear me so just to hear them I press the audio output button but as you well understand I don't want other people to listen to my conversation I've tried updating the phone I've switched it off then back on so please help as it's never done this before&lt;/P&gt;</description>
