      <title>Problem with French repair support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly my brand new Z3 compact after being in the swinming pool 30s never power off again (i though it was waterproof!!!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i decided to send it to the sony french repair support (SBE), after a week i receive back the phone and a letter saying, the phone is not under guarantie as it's oxidation in the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is was it receive from the support :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" title="IMG_2965.JPG" alt="IMG_2965.JPG" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/25231iAF104B5B2A0892C7/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" title="IMG_2966.JPG" alt="IMG_2966.JPG" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/25232iA8D4A06BEE4FE987/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" title="IMG_2967.JPG" alt="IMG_2967.JPG" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/25233iB94F607697DAE36A/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't know what to do, because as it's consider as not under guarantee by Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have to pay for repaire what official french support break on the phone and to fix oxidation problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wedge&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello thank you for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;without the back of the phone, the vaccum test will failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And in France there is no local xperia care &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.si/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt; we have to send it to "SBE" which has agreement to repair Sony phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm looking for a sony official here, to help me to resolve my problem with the french support / and get my phone repair&lt;/P&gt;</description>
