Hi CMRC15082001, welcome to the community!

That is a strange issue, you could try running a software repair on PC Companion to see if that helps however if it doesn't then contact Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region (click the link in my signature for contact details).

If you decide to try the software repair just note that it will delete all data, to do a backup first just press Start under Support Zone and follow on-screen instructions. To run the actual repair, turn your phone off and ensure it is not connected to the PC. Press Start under Support Zone > Phone/tablet software update > Repair my phone/tablet > Continue > Accept data removal > Next > wait for prepare > select phone > follow connection steps.

One day i was charging my phone because it out of battery (xperia L) then i waited for 3-4 hours and it didn't work . I charged my phone to 50% and 2-3 mins later it drops to 29% . It runs out of battery again and i leave it to charge for 3 days then it charges to 100% and i had STAMINA MODE before all that happened now my phone instead of charging it drains the battery off and sometimes puts it back what should i do ? I don't know if it's the battery?

Sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
