Lollipop 5.1.1 missed call notification / log problem

Hi all.

Problem:

When call is missed, no missed call notification is displayed, call log does not show missed call as missed.

Call log actually shows missed calls as zero length received calls (blue arrow).

Tried so far:

"Phone app" data has been cleared in safe mode (result: no change in behaviour).

Many similar problems exist across devices, none have definitive solutions. In other threads people have tried repair/reinstall firmware with no improvement.

Could you please check if your z1c with 5.1.1 exhibits the same problem?

Yes I read all I could find, no help there, just unresolved similar problems.

I am having same problem recently. Missed calls are shown as in received calls. It happens randomly so I am unable to pinpoint the cause. I have tried in safe mode but still have this problem.I have Z1C 5.1.1
