      <description>Picked up my new z3+ nearly 2 weeks ago. Used the promo flyer that came with it to claim my audio bundle, how long do you have to wait for before Sony reply to say your headphones etc are in the post? Etc</description>

      <description>I guessing Sony as most networks are doing the same "deal" which is a flyer from Sony. With a Web address and you provide Sony with requested details and it says they will respond within 14 days. I am yet to hear back from Sony at all with regard to this. It's a hi Res audio deal says worth "£275" includes the tidal and hires audio content which is in the lounge regardless and a pair of hi res audio headphones which I'm guessing is the only part of the "deal" that Sony are collecting.info from me for. But as stated not a word from them. Not even a conformation email when I registered details for this "deal"</description>

      <description>Once you're past the "change your mind" cooling off period, they will process the claim.&lt;BR /&gt;It's always been a response and dispatch 14-28 days after initial claim with Sony promotions.</description>
