Your second question, you are getting the message because you don't have enough internal storage, not SD card storage, you will have to uninstall apps or move the pictures, music, videos to the SD card.

If Sony PC Companion doesn't solve the first issue, you should contact your local Xperia Support

http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/

Multiple questions

Hi peeps, I am Olusola Olubunmi from Nigeria. I'm a new user of the phone and I'm just finding my way around. I use a Xperia C. Actually, I'm not enjoying the phone like I envisaged. I was forced to register because I'm trying to find a solution to my phone's issues, of which I believe to get helped.
Firstly, my phone just goes off while I'm listening to music or not so actively using it and then comes back on after like 5 to 10 hours. Now it still goes off while the music is still playing and then abruptly goes off and for like two days still off. And any attempt to make it come on is futile until the battery runs down completely, and then I make an attempt to charge. This is so pathetic cos it makes the phone unreliable, even when my battery is fully charged, and I'm scared it may go off to a long coma at any time. PLEASE HELP A SISTER!!
Secondly, it always indicate memory full when I've not even used up to half of my 4G memory card. please guide me to be a happy user. Thanks family. God bless
