Touchscreen top part not responding

My SONY Z3, only 20 days old, Brand New phone had suddenly stoped responding from the top part of screen, I cant dropdown the navigation menu on POTRAIT MODE but its operative in LANDSCAPE MODE,

Made all the efforts like...

Factory Reset,

Software Repair through PC Companion etc...

Visited SONY SERVICE CENTER today, and handed over the phone to them, They said it will take atleast 15 days as they need to sent it to CHENNAI Service office.

SONY has to noted this seriously that their most premium customers are suffering, and the most important thing is they r offering stand by phone of basic functions only, and that too of NOKIA.. what the **bleep**? NOKIA phone offered to SONY Z3 Customers?

I STRONGLY DEMANDING COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF THIS PHONE.

I dont know SONY is aware of this things or not, just tried to bring to your notice, I hope the same shall be appriciated.
