why my sony xperia z2 mac address is unavailable?

i have a Sony Xperia Z2 Phone.

last night i want to use wifi, but some times in some minutes droped(disconnect ), and i restore via setting menu.

after start phone, i saw that mac address is unavailable and i cant turn on wifi&bluetooth.(in below pic) [http://i.stack.imgur.com/Ogi8y.png][1]

then i flash two Official rom and one custom rom but Problem not solve.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with your Z2.

If this issue remains even after you perform a repair of the phones software using PC Companion (or Flash tool if you unlocked the booloader) i'm afraid it sounds like a hardware issue. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
