Applications are stopping

I have a big problem since I bought my z3.. All my applications are stopping; Google service, Google play, Facebook, Instagram etc. The message is Unfortunately, the Facebook stopped.. Any fix for this..

Hi PJE,

Welcome to the community,

In such a case where all apps are stopping, I would suggest performing a Factory Data Reset to the device. However you may want to backup the device before doing so.

Menu > Settings > Backup & reset > Factory Data Reset

This should resolve the issue.

Have you installed a taskiller, antivirus, battery app? have you disable any app or service?

I already the reboot and the firmware repair.. But still my applications are stopping.. "unfortunately, Facebook stopped" and other apps like Google play, Instagram etc.. How can I solve this.. Please help..
